Using our products

zastech offers premade, self-service digital software products. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not include consulting, custom development, implementation, or other professional services.

You may use a purchased or otherwise authorized zastech product for lawful purposes and in accordance with any product-specific conditions shown at purchase. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Accounts and information

If a product requires an account, you are responsible for maintaining accurate information and for reasonable security of your login credentials.

Purchases

Prices, licensing terms, included features, and payment conditions are shown on the relevant product or checkout page. Third-party payment-provider terms may also apply to payment processing.

Intellectual property

The zastech name, brand assets, website design, product software, and original materials are owned by or licensed to zastech unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of zastech intellectual property.

Availability and changes

We work to keep products reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Products may be improved, corrected, updated, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Material purchase terms will not be changed retroactively without a lawful basis.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, zastech products are general productivity tools and are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, financial, or other regulated advice.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zastech is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
